Biddy seller guide
From sign-up to your first payout
Five steps. Setup takes about 10 minutes once, then each drop runs itself.
You need:a Telegram channel· your NRIC or UEN· a Singapore bank account
Set up your shop
- Sign up and add your shop name, image and description.
- In your Telegram channel, add @biddybottybot as an admin so it can post for you.
- Type your channel username and tap Verify channel.
Tip: Keep posting from your existing channel. Your buyers don't need to go anywhere new.

Connect payments and alerts
- Go to Settings and tap Set up Stripe payments. Enter your ID and bank account. Buyers pay by PayNow and it lands straight in your bank.
- Tap Connect Telegram so Biddy can message you when someone pays.
Good to know: Biddy never holds your money. Payments go to your own Stripe account.

Create a drop
- Tap + New Drop, name it and pick Bids (highest bidder wins) or FCFS (fixed price until stock runs out).
- Set the start and end time, then turn on meet in person, tracked delivery or both.
- Add up to 30 items: photos, name, description and price. Bid items also get a minimum increment.
- Post to my Telegram channel is optional. Leave it on to post each item automatically, or turn it off to sell only on your Biddy shop page.
- Tap Schedule Drop, or Save Draft to finish later.

Biddy runs the sale
- At start time your items go live on your Biddy shop page and, if you turned it on, in your channel.
- Buyers tap View & Bid and bid or buy inside Telegram. No app or account needed.
- Biddy rejects invalid bids, alerts buyers when they're outbid, and picks the winner when time is up.
While it's live: you can still edit item descriptions, and stock on FCFS items.

Bids come in@jiayi_thrifts bids S$32 on the Levi's. The last bidder is told they're outbid.

Ending soonBidders get a reminder 10 minutes before it closes.
- 10:00 pm
Winners pickedBiddy creates each order and tells the winner to pay.
Get paid, then hand over
- The winner picks meet-up or delivery and pays by PayNow. You get a Payment received message in Telegram.
- Delivery: ship it, add a photo of the shipping proof and tap Upload Proof & Mark Shipped.
- Meet-up: after the handover, tap Mark Handoff Completed.
- Didn't pay in time? Extend the deadline, offer it to the next bidder, or relist it.
On the go: message the bot /orders to see what needs you, or /meetups for meet-ups grouped by place.

Quick answers
Do my buyers need to sign up?
No. They open Biddy from Telegram and bid straight away.
What if a buyer doesn't pay?
You choose what happens next. Buyers who miss payments get strikes and eventually lose bidding.
Can I change a drop after it's live?
Yes: item descriptions, and stock for FCFS items. Prices and times are fixed once it starts.
An item didn't sell. Now what?
Relist it in one tap and choose how many more hours it runs.
