No illegal items, ever
Biddy does not condone or allow the sale of illegal goods, including drugs, vapes, weapons, counterfeits and stolen property. Listings that break the law or section 5 are removed, accounts can be suspended, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities. Use the Report link on any listing to tell us about one.
1. About BiddyBotty
BiddyBotty operates the BiddyBotty website, Telegram bot and related auction and ordering features (together, the “Service”) from Singapore. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BiddyBotty. You can contact us at support@biddybotty.com.
These Terms govern your use of the Service as a buyer, bidder or seller. Read them before creating an account, publishing a listing, placing a bid or making a purchase. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Our role
BiddyBotty provides tools for sellers to publish listings, run auctions or first-come-first-served sales, receive orders and manage payment and fulfillment information. Unless a listing expressly identifies BiddyBotty as the seller, the transaction is between the buyer and the seller identified in that listing.
Sellers are responsible for the goods they offer and for performing their sale obligations. We do not routinely inspect, possess or authenticate listed goods. Use of the Service does not by itself mean that we endorse a seller or guarantee an item’s condition, authenticity or availability.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian where the law allows it, and have the legal capacity and any permissions needed to use the Service and enter into the transactions you undertake. If you act for a business or another person, you must be authorised to do so.
Provide accurate account and contact information and keep it up to date. Protect your sign-in credentials and Telegram account, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Do not impersonate another person or use an account to evade a restriction.
Sellers may only connect channels they own and must provide the bot permissions required for the features they enable. You remain responsible for managing access to your channel and account.
4. Seller responsibilities and listings
Only list items you are entitled and legally permitted to sell. Descriptions, photographs, prices, condition, authenticity claims and availability must be accurate. Disclose material defects, missing parts, restrictions and other information a buyer reasonably needs to decide whether to purchase.
Before bidding or purchasing, buyers must be able to review the applicable auction or sale rules, available receive options, payment requirements and how additional fees are calculated. Sellers must not introduce undisclosed mandatory charges after a buyer commits to a purchase.
Do not offer anything listed in section 5 (Prohibited items and illegal sales), infringe intellectual property rights, or publish misleading or abusive content. Sellers are responsible for permits, licences, taxes and other obligations applicable to their business and sales.
Sellers must honour confirmed sales, communicate about fulfillment and handle buyer complaints fairly and in accordance with applicable law. Sellers are not required by these Terms to offer refunds, returns or exchanges. A seller who does offer one should state it clearly in the listing before buyers commit, and is responsible for honouring it.
A store owner may invite other people to help run their store as store admins. Admins can create and manage listings and orders for that store, but payments, payouts and the Stripe account remain the owner's. The owner is responsible for the listings, sales and conduct of their store, including what admins do in it, and should remove an admin who should no longer have access. Admins must follow these Terms and act only within the store they were invited to help run. A store owner may also invite consignors, who submit their own items for the owner to review and list. The store owner sells those items as their own listings and is responsible for paying the consignor whatever the two of them agree; Biddy only shows the amounts and keeps a record of payouts the owner marks as sent, and is not a party to that agreement.
5. Prohibited items and illegal sales
BiddyBotty does not condone, permit or knowingly facilitate the sale of illegal goods or services. Every listing, bid and sale on the Service must be lawful in the seller’s country and, where the item is delivered across a border, in the buyer’s country too. If you are not sure an item is legal to sell, do not list it.
You must not list, sell, buy, advertise or arrange through the Service any of the following: (a) controlled drugs, psychoactive substances, drug paraphernalia, or prescription medicines supplied without the required licence or prescription; (b) e-cigarettes, vaporisers and their components or refills in any country where they are prohibited, including Singapore, and tobacco or alcohol sold without a required licence or to anyone under the legal age; (c) firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, replica or imitation firearms, and other weapons or weapon parts that are regulated or prohibited; (d) counterfeit, replica or “inspired” goods passed off as a brand, and anything that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property; (e) stolen goods or goods you do not have the right to sell; (f) protected wildlife and products made from them, such as ivory, and live animals unless the sale is lawful and properly licensed; (g) hazardous, recalled or unsafe products, including hazardous chemicals and products banned by a safety regulator; (h) identity documents, personal data, account credentials, payment cards or bank accounts, and anything used for fraud; (i) sexual or adult content, and any content that exploits or sexualises minors; (j) gambling, lottery or raffle services that are not licensed, and securities, currency or crypto-assets offered without the required authorisation; (k) items that promote violence, terrorism or hatred; and (l) any other item or service whose sale, possession or supply is prohibited or restricted by applicable law, unless you hold and comply with every required licence or permit.
Sellers are solely responsible for making sure their items are legal to sell and to deliver, and for any licence, permit, age check or disclosure the law requires. Buyers must not buy items they know or suspect are illegal. Using vague titles, coded words, misleading photos or private messages to disguise a prohibited item is itself a breach of these Terms.
Anyone can report a listing with the Report link on its page or by emailing support@biddybotty.com. We review reports and may, without prior notice where reasonably necessary: remove or hide a listing or its Telegram post; cancel or block an order; restrict bidding, buying or selling; and suspend or close an account. We may keep relevant records and share them with the police, regulators or other authorities where the law requires or permits it, or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent harm or investigate unlawful activity. Removing a listing does not make BiddyBotty responsible for it, and does not reduce the seller’s own legal responsibility.
6. Auctions and bids
Read the listing and displayed auction rules before bidding, including the starting price, bid increments, closing time and any anti-snipe extension. Place a bid only if you intend and are able to complete the purchase if you win.
A bid submitted and accepted by the Service is a commitment to buy if it becomes the winning bid under the displayed rules. A bid is not confirmed merely because you tapped a button; check that it was accepted and recorded. An anti-snipe rule may extend the closing time as described in the listing.
Do not bid on your own item or on an item from a store you help run as an admin, including an item you consigned, arrange sham bids, collude to manipulate prices or use other deceptive bidding practices. If you believe a bid or result is affected by an error or unauthorised activity, contact support promptly. Do not assume the bid has been cancelled unless cancellation is confirmed.
7. First-come-first-served purchases and orders
A first-come-first-served item is allocated according to the successful claim recorded by the Service. Opening a listing or tapping a purchase button does not guarantee that the item has been reserved. Check the confirmation and order status.
Complete payment and any required fulfillment information within the deadline shown for your order. Follow the stated consequences of missing that deadline, which may include cancellation or release of the item. Contact the seller promptly if you cannot complete the order; cancellation is not automatic merely because you request it.
8. Prices, payments and fees
Amounts are shown in the currency of the seller’s shop: Singapore dollars, Malaysian ringgit, Philippine pesos, Indonesian rupiah or Thai baht. The currency is fixed when a listing is created and applies to every order from it. Before paying, buyers are shown the item price, any selected fulfillment charge and the total amount due. BiddyBotty does not currently add a separate platform or payment-processing surcharge to the buyer at checkout.
How a buyer pays depends on where the seller is based. Sellers in Singapore are paid through Stripe as described below. Sellers in Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand are paid directly by the buyer, using the payment methods the seller lists (for example DuitNow, GCash, Maya, QRIS, GoPay, DANA, PromptPay or bank transfer).
For sellers in Singapore, payments made through BiddyBotty are processed through Stripe on the seller’s connected Stripe account, by PayNow, by card, or by either, as the seller chooses. Checkout offers the buyer only the methods the seller accepts. The seller is the seller of the listed goods and receives the transaction proceeds through Stripe, less applicable fees. BiddyBotty facilitates the transaction and collects its platform fee through Stripe; BiddyBotty does not hold the buyer’s payment as escrow.
For sellers in Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand, BiddyBotty shows the buyer the seller’s payment details and instructions, records when the buyer says they have paid, and records when the seller confirms receipt. The payment itself is made directly between buyer and seller, outside the Service. BiddyBotty does not receive, hold, verify or guarantee these payments, and is not a payment provider for them. Sellers must keep their payment details accurate and confirm payments promptly once received. Buyers must only mark an order as paid after actually sending the full amount, and should keep their own payment record. Marking an order as paid without paying, or confirming or denying a payment falsely, is a breach of these Terms.
For each successful Stripe sale by a Singapore seller, whether paid by PayNow or by card, BiddyBotty charges the seller a platform fee of 2.5% of the item price plus any fulfillment charge, rounded to the nearest cent. BiddyBotty does not currently charge a platform fee on orders paid directly to sellers in Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia or Thailand, and will give notice before introducing one. Stripe separately charges its payment-processing fees to the connected seller account. As at 14 October 2026, Stripe’s published Singapore prices are 1.3% per successful PayNow transfer and 3.4% + S$0.50 per successful payment by a card issued in Singapore; cards issued outside Singapore cost more. Together with BiddyBotty’s platform fee, a seller therefore pays about 3.8% in total on a PayNow sale and about 5.9% + S$0.50 on a sale paid by a Singapore card. Stripe is a third-party provider and may change its pricing, eligibility requirements or other charges; the Stripe pricing and terms applicable to the seller’s account govern those provider charges.
For illustration, on a S$100.00 transaction with no fulfillment charge, the BiddyBotty platform fee is S$2.50 and the current 1.3% Stripe PayNow processing fee is approximately S$1.30, leaving estimated seller proceeds of S$96.20 if paid by PayNow. If the buyer pays with a card issued in Singapore, the Stripe card fee is approximately S$3.90, leaving estimated seller proceeds of S$93.60. Both estimates are before any other Stripe adjustment, tax, reserve or charge that may apply. Any fee estimate shown in the Service is informational; Stripe’s actual account balance and fee records are authoritative for Stripe charges.
Payments are final once completed. BiddyBotty does not hold, process, guarantee or arrange refunds, and BiddyBotty’s platform fee is not refunded by BiddyBotty. See section 10. Do not submit false payment evidence or misuse payment disputes or card chargebacks.
9. Delivery, pickup and meeting in person
Choose one of the receive options offered for the order and provide accurate information where needed. Each meet-up location or named Other receive option is an alternative unless the listing expressly says otherwise. Review the selected option and any charge before paying.
Sellers are responsible for making the agreed goods available and arranging the fulfillment they promise. Buyers must cooperate reasonably with delivery or collection arrangements. Neither party should change an agreed method, location or charge without the other party’s agreement.
For in-person exchanges, agree on a suitable meeting place and take reasonable precautions. Contact the seller promptly about missing, damaged, incorrect or undelivered goods and retain relevant order and payment records.
10. Cancellations, no refunds and disputes
All sales made through the Service are final. BiddyBotty does not process, hold, guarantee or arrange refunds, returns or exchanges, and does not hold buyers’ payments, which are paid to the seller through Stripe or directly to the seller. Before bidding or buying, review the listing, photographs, condition, price, fulfillment options and total amount due, and commit only to a purchase you intend to complete.
A seller may, at their own discretion, agree to refund or compensate a buyer. Any such arrangement is solely between the buyer and the seller, is made outside the Service, and is the seller’s responsibility; BiddyBotty is not a party to it. If a seller asks for your PayNow, bank or other payment details to send a refund, share only what is needed to receive a transfer. Never share passwords, one-time codes (OTPs), PINs or full card details with anyone, and be cautious of anyone claiming to be BiddyBotty who asks for them.
Cancellation is not automatic merely because you request it. Unpaid orders may be cancelled, released or relisted after the payment deadline, as described in section 7. Contact the seller first about the goods, fulfillment or any request for a refund or cancellation. For problems with the Service, unresolved issues or suspected abuse, contact support@biddybotty.com with the order reference and relevant evidence.
If an error in the Service causes a duplicate or incorrect payment, contact support@biddybotty.com promptly. We will try to help the parties put it right, but BiddyBotty cannot itself reverse a payment made to a seller. PayNow payments are bank-transfer payments and are generally not eligible for card-style chargebacks. A card payment can be disputed by the buyer with their card issuer. Card disputes are handled between Stripe and the seller on the seller’s Stripe account: the seller is responsible for responding to them, for any amount reversed and for any dispute fee Stripe charges, and BiddyBotty’s platform fee is not refunded by BiddyBotty. Buyers should contact the seller first and should only dispute a card payment in good faith. Payments made directly to a seller outside Singapore, such as e-wallet, QR or bank transfers, happen outside the Service, and BiddyBotty cannot see, trace or reverse them. We do not promise a particular outcome or guarantee reimbursement.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer-protection rights, or any claim against a seller or another person for non-delivery, misdescription, counterfeit goods or fraud. Contacting us does not prevent either party from seeking assistance from a bank, payment provider, consumer organisation, regulator or court.
11. Acceptable use and content
Do not use the Service for fraud, scams, money laundering, harassment, unlawful activity or interference with other users. Do not bypass access controls, access another person’s records without permission, introduce malicious software or deliberately disrupt the Service.
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant BiddyBotty a non-exclusive permission to host, store, reproduce, format and display that content as needed to operate the features you use, including posting listings to your connected Telegram channel. You must have the rights and permissions needed to grant this permission.
Listing information and photos may be public. Do not include private files, identification documents or unrelated personal information in public listing content. Removing content from BiddyBotty does not necessarily remove copies already delivered to Telegram or retained by other users.
12. Telegram and other third-party services
Private Telegram notifications require you to start or otherwise authorise messages from the bot. Channel posting requires the appropriate channel permissions. Blocking the bot or removing permissions can stop related features.
Telegram, Stripe, banks, e-wallets and other providers operate independently and have their own terms. Messages and status updates may be delayed or unavailable. Check the Service for accepted bids, order status and deadlines; do not rely solely on receiving a notification.
13. Service changes, restrictions and closure
We may maintain, update or temporarily interrupt the Service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may restrict an account or remove content where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, security risks or harm to users. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and how to contact us about it.
You can request closure or use the available deletion controls. Automatic deletion is currently available for accounts without bid or order records once active listings are resolved. If you have transaction history, contact support@biddybotty.com for assistance with closure and any records that must be retained.
Closure does not cancel existing payment, fulfillment or other obligations, erase rights relating to completed transactions, automatically close a Stripe account, or remove Telegram posts. Personal information is handled as described in the Data Declaration and Privacy Notice.
14. Responsibility and liability
Each party remains responsible for its own obligations under these Terms and applicable law. BiddyBotty is not automatically responsible for a seller’s goods or a third party’s conduct merely because the Service was used for a transaction.
To the extent permitted by law, BiddyBotty is not responsible for losses caused solely by another user’s breach, incorrect information you provide, or independent third-party outages that we did not cause and could not reasonably prevent. This does not excuse our own breach of duty or responsibility that the law places on us.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Personal data
Our Data Declaration and Privacy Notice explains the information used to operate the Service, its purposes, disclosures and how to make privacy requests. Contact support@biddybotty.com for access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion requests.
Sellers who receive buyer details must use them only as necessary for the transaction, support or another lawful purpose, protect them appropriately, and must not use them for unrelated marketing without the required permission.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service or applicable requirements change. We will publish the revised version and its date and provide reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate. Updates will not retroactively remove rights that arose before the change. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the Service and contact us about resolving outstanding transactions and closing your account.
17. Singapore law and contact
These Terms are governed by Singapore law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. The courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without removing any right to bring a claim in another forum where applicable law permits.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not by itself waive the right to enforce it.
